There's no shortage of things to do, places to go, and people to meet - but for many NDIS participants, getting out and engaging with the community takes a certain kind of support. Not just someone to drive you somewhere, but someone who genuinely understands what community means to you and helps you pursue it with confidence and enjoyment.
At Pristine Care, our Community Access support workers do exactly that. We support participants to attend social events, pursue hobbies, access local services, develop new skills, and build meaningful connections in their neighbourhoods and beyond. We cover Victoria, New South Wales, and the ACT, and we take a deeply personalised approach - because what community looks like is different for everyone.
"I've been going to my local lawn bowls club every week for six months. I have friends there now. I didn't think something like that was possible for me anymore." - Participant, Canberra ACT

social, recreational, and cultural activities: We support participation in social, recreational, and cultural activities - from sporting clubs and art classes to community events and local markets - helping participants build confidence and social skills in real-world settings.

develop everyday skills: We also help participants develop everyday skills in the community - using public transport, managing money, shopping independently, and navigating services - building real capacity for greater independence over time.
