Some participants require support that goes well beyond standard care - clinical procedures, complex physical assistance, or 24-hour active supervision due to the nature of their disability. High Intensity Supports exist within the NDIS to ensure that people with the most complex support needs can still live at home, in the community, and in arrangements that honour their dignity and goals.
At Pristine Care, our high intensity support workers are specifically trained and verified to provide these specialised supports safely and competently. We work closely with allied health teams, community nurses, and families to ensure that every aspect of a participant's complex care is managed with expertise, consistency, and genuine care for the person. We operate across Victoria, New South Wales, and the ACT.
"We spent three years trying to find workers who could safely manage our son's tracheostomy care. Pristine Care finally gave us support workers we could trust completely." - Parent and carer, Sydney NSW

complex bowel management, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, ventilator management: Our workers are trained in complex bowel management, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, ventilator management, and subcutaneous injections - providing clinical procedures in the participant's preferred environment rather than a hospital or clinic.

complex behaviour support and active overnight support: We also deliver complex behaviour support and active overnight support for participants who require continuous monitoring or intervention - providing safety and peace of mind for families and carers around the clock.
