Clinical Care, Delivered Where It Matters Most - At Home

There's something profoundly different about receiving skilled nursing care in your own home. You're surrounded by your things, your routines, your people. You don't have to manage transport, navigate waiting rooms, or explain your entire history to someone new. At Pristine Care, our Community Nursing service brings registered nurses to you - delivering the clinical care you need with the warmth and continuity you deserve.

We work with participants who have complex health and disability needs across Victoria, New South Wales, and the ACT. From wound management and medication administration to catheter care and chronic disease monitoring, our nurses are equipped to handle a wide range of clinical needs - all while keeping your broader NDIS goals and quality of life firmly in focus.

"Having a nurse come to our home changed everything. My husband doesn't have to feel like a patient. He gets to be a person first." - Spouse and carer, Geelong VIC
